# AI Usage & Configuration

**AI Features Disclaimer (Beta / Experimental)**

AI-powered features are provided on a beta, experimental basis and are intended for assistance only. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content, configurations, templates, and results before use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, fitness, legality, or completeness of AI outputs, and we accept no liability for any loss, damage, claims, compliance issues, or decisions arising from reliance on AI-generated results. Human review is required and strongly recommended for every AI-assisted workflow.

**AI Settings**\
AI Settings (Available in Account settings) let you control how AI features are available in your workspace and how usage is billed. Choose the mode that best matches your team’s security, cost, and operational needs.

**Disabled**\
Turn off all AI capabilities for the account.\
Use this mode when your organization does not want AI-assisted actions in template creation, document conversion, content generation, or form configuration.\
Best for strict compliance environments or teams that want a fully manual workflow.

**AI Credit**\
Use built-in AI with your account’s AI credit balance.\
In this mode, AI features are enabled and usage is deducted from your available AI credits.\
Best for teams that want the fastest setup with no API key management, centralized billing, and predictable usage control.

**You can check your remaining AI Credits on the Dashboard or Account page. Any action button that uses AI Credits should clearly show how many credits will be deducted before you run it.**

**Bring Your Own Key**\
Use your own OpenAI API key instead of account AI credits.\
When a valid key is configured, AI activities run through your own key and your account AI credits are not consumed.\
Best for organizations that require vendor-level key ownership, custom cost tracking, or internal procurement policies.
