# How to customize document form

Go to Documents

* Find your uploaded document
* Hit Customization Icon
* You see list of fields on left side
* You can drag\&drop fields and manipulate order of them

* You can edit each field clicking on field name on list on the left or pencil icon on “Form Preview”
* Customization Modal will appear for specific field
* After applying changes to all fields that you want to modify, make sure you save all changes using “Save All” button

> Form Preview represent default state of form. Some fields could be invisible on initial state (especially in Sections), if you want to configure them too you need find and open them on Fields\&Sections list.
